Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Dänemark, Schweiz, Tschechien, Frankreich, Vereinigtes Königreich, Monaco, Ungarn, Italien, Polen, Slowakei, Slowenien, Irland, Portugal, Spanien, Schweden, Kroatien, Estland, Finnland, Lettland, Litauen, Norwegen, Bulgarien, Griechenland, Rumänien, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Island, Serbien.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We do not charge any shipping costs.

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

über 14 kg bis 20 kg = 19,90 €
über 20 kg bis 31,5 kg = 25,90 €

Zone 2 – Dänemark, Schweiz, Tschechien

über 6 kg bis 14 kg = 17,90 €
über 14 kg bis 20 kg = 21,90 €
über 20 kg bis 31,5 kg = 27,90 €

Zone 3 – Frankreich, Vereinigtes Königreich, Monaco

über 6 kg bis 14 kg = 22,90 €

über 20 kg bis 31,5 kg = 90,90 €

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 10 - 30 working days, for deliveries abroad within 10 - 30 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
